Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to withhold services until payment is received.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you need to cancel a booked consultation, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund.
